CSC2003 Alumni - Working in Partnership

CSC2003 Alumni members, Justin Glass, Australia and Johnny Gwynne, Scotland have joined forces to work with young people in custody to help them gain employment and mentors.  The idea is based on the work of Whitelion Australia, a philanthropic organisation committed to empowering disadvantaged young people.    

It is a unique time to address the lives of young people in custody in Australia at present due to:

• Record low unemployment significant demand for young people in entry-level jobs.

• Companies are under significant pressure to be seen as good corporate citizens.

• The need for modern managers to be able to lead diverse teams.
