Following the 1986 Conference, co-hosted by Australia and India, Commonwealth Study Conferences (Australia) Incorporated was formed under The Associations Incorporation Act of NSW. The objects of the Association are to organise and conduct Commonwealth Study Conferences as required and to undertake the selection and support Australian members of Commonwealth Study Conferences. From the late 1990's, CSC (Australia) Inc., has incorporated the Australian Alumni body of Commonwealth Study Conferences and provides a communication link and arranges occasional social engagements for former Conference members.

Commonwealth Study Conferences (Australia) Inc., is administered by an Executive Committee currently chaired by Mr RFE (DicK) Warburton.
